Great opportunity for a Junior Secretary to provide support to the whole team and CEO in this small but flourishing business. Assisting with the recruitment, diary management and processing expenses. We are seeking someone with a passion for sustainability!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO and other staff with appointment setting, diary management and travel arrangements
  • Assist in board and founder relations, providing documents and logistics for meetings
  • Process CEO expenses
  • Coordinate staff meetings and take meeting notes
  • Support the staff with HR and the entire recruitment process
  • Manage absence records
  • Assist the Finance Manager with managing invoices and recording of staff personnel files
  • Assist the Finance Manager with financial record keeping as necessary
  • Office duties including answering the phone, taking messages and maintaining the office
  • Manage supplied and vendor relations
  • Ad-hoc updates to the company handbook and company policies and procedures
  • Problem solve any technical challenges with computer systems

Experience/ Requirements:

  • Degree educated
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ideally 1 or 2 years experience
  • Training is given on accounts admin
  • A passion for sustainability
  • MS Office and ideally Sage
  • Able to work within a team from diverse backgrounds
  • Entrepreneurial and driven with great attention to detail
